Orders are discreetly packaged, require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured for peace of mind.

In the event you are unable to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be taken to your nearest collection point.

We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched.

Due to the value of our products and for security reasons, we are unable to ship to Freight Forwarders, as all orders require your signature upon receipt.

To arrange for a third party to collect your order, please contact our Personal Shopper with your order number and the name of the person authorising collection of your order.

They will need to present a copy of the Tax Invoice and their photo ID at the time of collection.

Please note, it is not possible to organise for a third-party courier to collect your order from the boutique.

Yes, Paspaley will ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
