Purchases made at Paspaley.com are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and shipped with our nominated carrier Australia Express Post, complimentary.
For international orders, depending on your location, your order will be shipped with one of our trusted carriers FedEx International Priority, DHL Express or BRINKS.
Orders are discreetly packaged, require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured for peace of mind.
*Paspaley offers complimentary shipping for purchases over $2,000 AUD. For purchases under $2,000 AUD a shipping charge applies, this will be calculated at the checkout.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday and are generally delivered within 1-3 business days. Please allow between 1-5 business days for some rural and/or remote areas.
For international orders, please allow 1-2 weeks.

All Paspaley purchases* are packaged in our signature Yellow Box, with their accompanying Certificate of Authenticity and care guide.
